How to Use: Rinse well to remove sand and sea salt, then soak in fresh water for 12–24 hours. Blend with fresh water into a smooth gel and store in a sealed jar in the fridge. Add 1–2 teaspoons of gel to smoothies, drinks, soups or recipes once a day.
